Review: Instaglam Saffron Rejuvenating Shampoo

Hello everyone! Welcome back 🙂 Generally, I hesitate a lot to try and review shampoos as am quite sensitive to chemicals and I suffer from hair fall! :/
I got a chance to speak to Mahera, Instaglam’s queen, when I got my Lavender After Bath Glow Oil (read my review about it, here) and she shared with me about their bestseller “Saffron Rejuvenating Shampoo”. I read the ingredients list, inquired her and I was intrigued. I got a chance to try one of her creations and here is my review…

Ingredients:
I am glad that Instaglam is usually open to clarifications. The saffron shampoo contains Rosemary , Lavender, Geranium, Persian Saffron
My experience:
The dry hair, oily scalp and all through the year frizzy-ness drives me crazy! And I’ve learnt that salon shampoos do no good to hair, in addition to being loaded with chemicals and ripping our pocket 😦
A shampoo is essential of the hair care routine. Instaglam’s Saffron shampoo worked to be a good one. Read further to know why..
How did I use?
I take a small amount of shampoo, mix it with water and then apply to scalp and hair, massaging well, as it foams and commences to start clearing the oil (I always oil overnight before I shampoo). Rinse it out after lathering it and cleansing well.
Did it treat my dry hair?
I’d mentioned that shampoo is an essential part of hair regime and not that, it is the ONLY solution to get rid of extreme dry hair. So don’t depend just on shampoos for better solution. I share it from my personal experience. Like I always insist, please ensure to take care of other factors too, like heat drying, blow drying, treating wet hair harshly immediately after wash, pollution exposure etc.,
I think all these collectively taken care of, as much as possible, I could greatly see the dryness reduced. Plus, the shampoo played a good role in controlling dryness, since I compared with another shampoo simultaneously and thus sharing this point.
Did it help have a check on hair fall?
Yes, I could see a difference! 🙂 Unlike market shampoos, it did not take a toll on my hair.
Moreover, the shampoo cleansed well the dirt, dust build up on scalp and removed debris. You can feel the freshness post washing hair.
Overall, I am content using Instaglam’s shampoo.
Pros:
Economic
Cleanses well
Does not dry hair
Cons:
Contains Sulphates in small traces
